I think that's where I've always been. Someone who's followed the path walked before them, trusting in those before me to lead me to where I needed to go.
I am feeling that it's time I make the path. Someone has to start walking that way in order for their to be a path in the first place, I think I want that person to be me. Even if it looks a little crazy, or wrong. People who make paths are out for an adventure, to go where someone didn't go before them. Trailblazers. I want to be that. Praying all the while that while I cannot see the steps before me, HE does and HE can guide me. And just maybe, some others will find this path as well. Because in the end it isn't about my path at all....it's about others.
Making your own path can be scary! I have sound that it is 100% worth it though! I am dropping my from Gypsy Mama & your newest follower!

ReplyDeleteTrailblazers are courageous, adventurous visionaries! May you be blessed as you lead the way!
We need trailblazers! I pray that you continue to lead the way in courage and confidence. I personally struggle with that and have begun to write about it on my blog...scares me this path I am on, but I know He is in control. And, yes, it is for others not me...love that line and I love this post! Thank you for sharing! Your blog title and pics are adorable.
ReplyDeleteWe definitely need new trailblazers. Love your honesty! I know I'm weed whacking my own crazy trail and I get some weird looks along the way but keep pushing. As long as God is the leader, we're safe :) On a side note, from one mom of 3 boys to another, your boys are absolutely adorable :)
