Welcome Back

I have wanted to write here so many times, but between my two instagram accounts, taking classes, preaching and doing life it has been neglected. I hope to at least pop on here more regularly.

Writing has always been cathartic for me. A way to heal, to process and to inspire others (I hope).

On March 4th, I celebrated one whole year in remission from cancer. It was such a big moment, and I was able to celebrate it by having dinner at Red Robin with the same people I did on my last day of treatment (just in a new town). It was pretty awesome, and surreal.

People keep encouraging me to write a book, but I just don't know what I would have to say that I haven't already said, or that hasn't been said by someone else. I think I will stick to short posts, and blogs where it feels a bit safe to do so. I do have some things in the work with how I can help others walk through grief and trauma and I look forward to sharing those things. If you've come here for inspiration or some nuggets of wisdom I am not sure you will find any. I am a bit worn out. I hope this year is a year of healing for me in all the ways.

Here are. a few fun pics
